    great location
    comfortable rooms
    noise disturbances
    poor breakfast

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

The location is undeniably fantastic, surrounded by vibrant street life and close to key attractions. However, noise can be an issue, especially from nearby performers. The breakfast lacked variety as well. Opting to explore local cafes might be a better choice. The staff's warmth could use improvement, but the comfy rooms make for a good stay.

    stunning views
    convenient location
    clean rooms
    evening noise

We absolutely loved the great location of this hotel! It offered stunning views of the piazza, and being so close to shops, restaurants, and transportation made our stay quite convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for my large family, including our dog.

In my wife’s opinion, the evening noise from the square delayed our children's bedtime. A little soundproofing on the windows would greatly improve the experience for families.

Prime location for exploration, unique art and decor, cozy common areas

The air conditioning was quite noisy and inconsistent!!! The drainage in bathrooms needs urgent attention, as it was ineffective!!! Also, the lack of electrical outlets in rooms was frustrating for charging devices, especially in today's tech-driven world!!!

    vibrant neighborhood
    crowded breakfast area

    Charming stay with a twist

Eager to explore, I found the vibrant neighborhood with local shops to be a delightful surprise. Spacious and stylish, my room offered a refreshing escape from the day's adventures.

However, the breakfast area was often overcrowded, making meals less enjoyable, especially with limited seating. It was hard to relax with too many guests around.

    fantastic location
    spacious room

Great for groups looking for a solid stay

The location is really fantastic right in the heart of everything. We were walking distance from numerous bars and restaurants and the metro station right at the doorstep. One night after dinner, we found a little bakery nearby that had the best pastries, it was a sweet little surprise. The room we had was spacious enough for all of us and the shower was the biggest I’ve seen in any hotel in a long time. It was like a mini spa experience honestly.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

    great location
    spacious room
    diverse breakfast
    elevator issue
    inconvenient access

My stay was fantastic, especially after my previous visit to lisbon. The hotel’s location made exploring the beautiful streets so easy, and the room was both spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh pastries and organic juices, which exceeded my expectations during this trip.

the elevator was often out of service.

I loved the charming decor that feels like stepping into Agatha Christie’s novels! The location is perfect for exploring, with exciting street performances right outside my window. The breakfast room is fine, with a Victorian design and a good variety of fresh food

    maintenance issue

The location was ideal for exploring the city. I enjoyed wandering the historic streets and finding local cafés. The room provided a comfortable space to recharge after a long day. However, I had a scare during breakfast when I overheard a guest report their purse stolen, which raised some concerns about safety. I appreciated the hotel staff's prompt help in addressing the situation.
